The Coaching Shorts is an ongoing monthly subscription programme designed to take you on a deep, transformative journey - one that mirrors the descent into our shadow and the emergence of our feminine wisdom.
Inspired by her 15 years working deeply with women, each month Remi will guide you through a new topic using an esoteric and holistic approach. This programme is designed to mirror the cyclical nature of the feminine - moving between descent, transformation and emergence. This month-to-month journey seeks to take you deeper into self-knowing, self-growth and self-defined success, enabling you to know your own authority and have greater agency and impact in all areas of your life.

The programme offers a variety of practices to support your coaching and mentoring journey, including Guided Meditation and Visualisation, Storytelling & Myth, Ritual and Ceremony, Breathwork, Sound Work, Somatic Practices, Energy and Polarities Work, Embodied Feminine Practices, Archetypal Frameworks, Systemic Family and Organisational Constellations, Internal Parts Work / IFS, Herbs, Plants and Nutrition, supported by peer-to-peer reflection.
