âFrom the moment I met Remi, I just knew that she was someone special. In my career I have come across many executive coaches, and I can honestly say Remi is one of the best, she provides challenge and support in equal measure. I was so impressed with her that when I was looking for a coach for myself, there was only one person that I turned to.
So what makes Remi so great - well, there are many reasons so I will focus on the main ones. Her presence in the sessions (even though they were over zoom) was incredible. I would often feel like we were in the room together and I was the only person of importance to her. We would arrive together, with techniques that I am still using now.
She has this brilliant ability to help you unearth what is really going on. We quickly were working on some pretty deep stuff but in a really safe way. Stuff that had been locked away for a long time, but was really impacting me on a daily basis without me even realising it. This enabled me to make lasting progress, quickly. When needed Remi would follow up with me to check that I was ok or would give great advice on how to continue processing what we had been working on.
Remi is a very intuitive coach. This showed up in a number of ways, through her sensing me, getting sensations herself and even the coaching techniques that she used. One that really resonated with me was about systemic constellations and working with internal polarities. This may not mean much to many people but with Remi guiding me through this and helping me to delve into what was coming to the surface - it was really profound and has helped me remove a barrier that I didn't consciously know was there (but was definitely impacting me!)... All of this meant the sessions had lasting impact.
