There are three ways to begin your journey with the Isumataq Collective.

The Collective Path is our full membership, giving you access to our complete Living Library of Coaching Short courses, monthly LIVE Coaching Clinics with Remi (and replays), LIVE guest practitioner events, Connection Pods and our online community.

The First Step is a flexible monthly membership designed for women who would like to begin more gently. It gives you access to one Coaching Short course at a time, allowing you to explore at your own pace before deciding whether you'd like to join the wider community.

Standalone Coaching Shorts allow you to purchase an individual Coaching Short with one year's access. They are ideal if you'd like to focus on a specific topic without joining a membership. 

Please note that The First Step and Standalone Coaching Shorts do not include LIVE Coaching Clinics, LIVE guest practitioner events, Connection Pods or access to the Isumataq Collective community.

There is no right place to start. You're welcome to follow your curiosity and choose the course that feels most relevant to where you are today. Yes.

You can begin with our 14-day free taster to experience a selection of the Coaching Short courses.

If you'd prefer to explore one complete course before becoming a member, you can either purchase a standalone Coaching Short with one year's access or choose The First Step, our flexible monthly membership designed to help you begin your journey at your own pace.

Absolutely, you have two options.

You can purchase an individual standalone Coaching Short, giving you one year's access to that course, or choose The First Step, our monthly membership which allows you to explore one Coaching Short at a time.

Absolutely.

Whether you're completely new to personal development or have been exploring this work for many years, the Collective is designed to meet you where you are. There is no prior knowledge required - only curiosity and a willingness to explore.

Our Coaching Shorts are self-paced, immersive courses that combine teaching, guided meditations, embodiment practices, reflection exercises and downloadable resources.

You can move through them in your own time and revisit them whenever you need. Together they form a Living Library designed to support you throughout different seasons of your life.

This is entirely up to you.

Many members spend one to two hours working through a pre-recorded Coaching Short, and join our monthly LIVE Coaching Clinics (second Wednesday of every month) and guest practitioner events as they arise. 

Some women dip in occasionally, while others make the Collective part of their regular rhythm. We encourage you to engage in a way that feels supportive and sustainable for you.

No.

Everything is designed to support you in a way that fits your life. You're welcome to attend the LIVE sessions, watch the replays later or simply engage with the Coaching Shorts in your own time.

No problem.

All Monthly Coaching Clinics with Remi and LIVE guest practitioner sessions are recorded and available to watch afterwards, so you can return to them whenever it suits you.

Yes.

Alongside the Living Library, you'll have access to our online community, where members share reflections, ask questions and support one another. If you're on The Collective Path, you'll also be invited to join a Connection Pod for deeper connection with a small group of women.

Yes.

Members on The Collective Path can pause their subscription for up to three months if life becomes particularly busy or you need to take a break.

Yes.

You can cancel your membership at any time. If you decide to return in the future, we'd be delighted to welcome you back.

We totally understand, screen time can feel overwhelming in itself. Please rest assured that the monthly LIVE events are designed to be connecting and interactive, as well as informative and thought provoking. Just check out the collective voices and testimonials to hear what people are sharing about their experience.

We also hold in-person LIVE events in the form of day long retreats, so check out our events calendar for information on both online and LIVE events … as you get to meet other women in the flesh on this path.

• A quiet and comfortable space whenever possible
• Warm layers and a blanket if we do longer breathwork
