INSIDE THE COLLECTIVE - WHAT YOU’LL EXPERIENCE
Inspired by Remi’s 15 years working deeply with women, each course topic is explored using an esoteric and holistic lens. The courses mirror the cyclical nature of the feminine - moving through descent, transformation and emergence.
COACHING SHORT COURSES
Short, immersive experiences blending teaching, reflection, embodiment and practice. Each one dives into a core theme and invites you into deeper self-reflection and connection.
- A living library of courses designed for self-directed study, always available for you to engage with and revisit in a way that fits your rhythm and lifestyle.
- Guided meditations, audio & video teachings and practical exercises provide ongoing tools to support you in integrating new insight and shifts into your daily life.
- Practices to support your journey include Storytelling & Myth, Ritual and Ceremony, Breathwork, Sound Work, Somatic Practices, Energy and Polarities Work, Embodied Feminine Practices, Archetypal Frameworks, Systemic Family and Organisational Constellations, Internal Parts Work / IFS, Herbs, Plants and Nutrition, supported by peer-to-peer reflection.
- Topics respond to the full spectrum of women’s experience: from navigating challenging relationships, grief and burnout, to cultivating resilience, confidence, creativity, voice and leadership.
MONTHLY LIVE COACHING CLINICS WITH REMI
An open, dynamic space for reflection, exploration, sharing and connection in community around our deepest topics, however they want to emerge. These are held on the second Wednesday of every month.
