The Forces That Guide Us…

Hello,

I had the pleasure of speaking with Matthew Green on Resonant World recently, and I'm so grateful for the space that we shared.

Among many things, we explored the topic of ancestry, something that feels especially alive for me as it was the focus of our first Coaching Short, Finding Resilience through Resilient Ancestors, which went live last week with what I can only describe as 44 wonderful awakening female leaders. In fact, 45 as I include myself in that definition too.

I remain deeply curious about the forces we perceive and feel in ourselves and in our lives, and how we can continue to enhance our attunement and express them more fully?

The force of ancestral resilience has helped me meet and conquer very significant challenges in my life, providing context and perspective that was much needed and deeply appreciated.

I'd love to hear from you about the forces that have supported you through challenges you've faced.

Here's a short clip from my conversation with Matthew:

If you missed this Coaching Short and are curious about finding and exploring resilience, don't worry, the content will be available as a standalone course. More details coming soon.

Lastly, one of the questions I left our group pondering was what does it mean to be a 'good ancestor? I'd love to hear your thoughts.

Much love,

Remi

PS - Our next Coaching Short, The Grief Reflections, has content due out late June. It's not too late to become a Founding member!

Sacred Business Begins Here: Tiny Acts of Alignment That Change Everything
Hi everyone, In our live session last week with Nikki Trott, I was struck by how timely the conversation about “sacred business” feels, both personally and collectively. So many of us are standing at the threshold of systems, roles and identities that can no longer hold who we are becoming. The old ways of working, as if we are permanently in the season of summer with relentless output, rigid m...
“I am the woman who became the fire”: Burnout, boundaries and the art of not abandoning ourselves.
Hi everyone, This season we’ve been exploring burnout. In my last letter, I looked at the generational differences relative to burnout, and how each polarity can offer a particular lens of understanding, and guide and define helpful action. Thank you for your responses - I am so grateful this community engages so actively.  This week I am inspired by the words of Helen Knott: “I am the woman wh...
The Continuum of Exhaustion: Is Burnout the Forerunner to Bliss?
Dear ones, Across generations, burnout wears different masks. The Baby Boomers and Gen X were shaped by stoicism, productivity, and self-sacrifice, the unspoken belief that worth is earned through exhaustion. Their burnout is often silent, unassisted, marked by depletion and a quiet endurance that borders on martyrdom. Generation Z, by contrast, has the language of mental health, the permission...
