Meet The Inaugural Cohort Looking at The Power of Ancestral Resilience & Find Out How You Can Do This Course

Jul 16, 2025
Connect

Hello,

Wow! This is our inaugural cohort who gathered for our first live session to examine resilience through a regenerative and ancestral lens. These are some of the 44 women who that heard that call. I've included a few testimonials below...

I was blown away by the deep sharing and incredibly positive reactions to the content included in this first Coaching Short. What was really evident in the group last night was the enormity and potency of this topic, how it crafts our personal narratives and infuses our impact on the world. For example, hearing a participant move beyond her family survivor narrative to recognise ancestors that lived with joy and gentleness. Or to hear another integrate the power of the warriors within her lineage. Such resilience!

I am looking forward to being able to dive deeper and support people as they encounter and strengthen certain practices which enable us to connect more deeply to our resilient ancestors, who have the power to help us shift our perspectives on challenges and indeed our worldview.

It's been a delight, but also a huge amount of work to initiate something new. In order to grow this community and exposure to it, I will be releasing this first Coaching Short as a standalone module, and I ask you to help me share it.

For those who have done the course and felt moved, please forward this newsletter to others who you think would enjoy it, so that they can reply and register their interest.

Here are some of the testimonials shared after this session:

Embarking on this powerful journey held and guided by Remi and with these other amazing women, feels like one of the biggest gifts I could give to myself.

-Rachel

Such a magical experience, a safe space where you are held and guided on a journey of self healing. Such powerful work. Thank you Remi for guiding us to awakening to the strength within us. Love.

-Rebecca

A powerful, insightful start and a sense of deep awakening. I am excited for the months ahead and the anticipated growth, as well as being inspired by this rich community of women.

-Tina

Remi has a special gift and this membership is unlike any other you'll have - the type and quality of information is not readily found out there, with Remi offering a special twist on topics and ideas.

-Georgiana

Wisdom, grace and with voice comes in many forms, and this Remi brings in abundance. Her words and gentle guidance will open pathways that start or strengthen the connections to you and self as you find that your ancestors a simply waiting for you.

-Dele

Love,

Permission to Pause: A Summer Reflection
There’s a particular moment in the summer, somewhere after the solstice in June, when the sun’s power feels both restorative and relentless. Its light nourishes, yes, but it also reveals the ways in which we might be running too hot, spinning too fast, circling too many suns at once. Everywhere I look I see this frenetic energy. So many plates spinning. So many to-dos. So many ways of being in ...
The Grief You Haven’t Given Words to - Ways to Tend to What’s Been Lost
Hello, Grief doesn't always arrive loudly. Sometimes it walks beside us quietly, unspoken, unrecognised, even unnamed. It may look like the death of someone we love. The conversations we never got to have. But it may also live in the loss of a role that once defined us. The version of ourselves that never got to emerge. A home we had to leave behind. A friendship or community that has unraveled...
We can be…For they existed
Hello, I love this poem because it calls us back, it reminds us that grief is not only sorrow; it is testimony. It marks that something mattered. That someone mattered. Grief is not a single event. It ripples. One loss stirs up others, personal, ancestral, communal. It sends tremors through the body, the memory, the very ground we walk on. It reminds us how interconnected we are, how even dista...
