Dear friends,
August marked an important moment in our journey together. We moved into integration, weaving together the two Coaching Shorts we have been exploring: Ancestral Resilience and The Grief Reflections.
In our first focus, Ancestral Resilience, we looked to the strong shoulders we stand upon, the line of those who came before us and how we could gain access to their strength and power. Many discovered, often for the first time, the depth of connection available through ancestry, both its gifts and its unprocessed wounds. We remembered that resilience is not just our own, but woven into the very fabric of nature and our predecessors.
